  • What is your return policy?

    Due to limited available inventory, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any modifications. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Where is my order?

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your package throughout it's journey to you! If your package is mistakenly marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend you check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance.

    If after 10 business days, you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to contact@jaethelabel.com with your order number, full name and shipping address.

    While we are not liable for lost packages, we want to make sure you receive your items so please reach out to us to let us know how we can help you find a fix!

  • When will my order ship?

    As soon as you click “buy” we get to work! Please give us 5-8 business days to process and ship your order. Shipping may be subject to delay.

  • Where do you ship?

    We exclusively ship domestically in the U.S. However, stay up to date with JAETHELABEL as this could change.
